Guest Bio: Stephen Eddey has completed a Bachelor of Complementary Medicine (Charles Sturt University) and a Masters of Health Science (Southern Cross University).
His Masters thesis was The Treatment of Obesity using Low Carbohydrate Diets. Stephen also completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, qualifying him to assess Natural Therapists.
Stephen has twice been a guest lecturer for the Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine on Nutritional Medicine, Immunology and Cancer.
Stephen’s areas of expertise include; vitamin/mineral supplements, arthritis, heart disease, obesity, female hormonal conditions, hormones, neurobiochemistry, cancer, immune related disorders, special purpose foods for fat loss and detoxification and low carbohydrate diets.
Stephen is also a naturopath and nutritional consultant with Australis Natural Health.
