We asked our community of honey-lovers to tell us their favourite way to take our antioxidant-rich Manuka Honeys.

One of the most popular and effective daily routines for Manuka Honey is to make a glass of nurturing honey water.

Start every day with manuka honey water

Enjoy first thing in the morning before breakfast, to fire up the digestive system.

How to make:

  1. Use pre-boiled water and warm to 40-50 degrees Celsius.
  2. Gently stir in 1-2 teaspoons of Comvita Manuka Honey, depending on your preferred level of sweetness.
  3. Stir honey water until the honey is fully dissolved.
  4. Find your happy place and enjoy the manuka moment.

TIPS from the experts

TIP: Never use boiling hot water. Cool or warm water helps to retain the natural goodness in honey (such as enzymes).

TIP: Many of our honey-lovers insist it’s best to use only a wooden spoon with honey. We’ll let you decide.
