Funny Face Easter Toast Recipe

Your kids will love these cute and tasty Funny Face Easter treats, that are as fun to look at as they are to eat.

Ingredients

• Rye bread
• Ricotta
• Peanut butter
• Chocolate hazelnut spread
• Banana
• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Comvita Manuka honey

Method

1. Lightly toast rye bread

For Hoppy Ricotta

1. Spread a generous tablespoon of Ricotta onto the toast.
2. Slice a banana in half lengthwise, then halve each piece again to create the ears.
3. Cut a strawberry into quarters to make the inner parts of the ears.
4. For the nose, slice a small strawberry in half.
5. Use two blueberries for the eyes and thin slices of banana for the whiskers.

For Nutty Hoot

1. Spread a generous tablespoon of peanut butter onto the toast.
2. Slice a banana for the eyes and place two blueberries as pupils.
3. Use sliced strawberries to create wings, and if available, use an almond or another blueberry for the beak.

For Choco Teddy

1. Spread a generous tablespoon of reduced-sugar Chocolate Hazelnut spread onto the toast.
2. Slice a banana for the ears and nose, and use three blueberries for the eyes and nose tip.

Drizzle with Comvita Mānuka Honey just before eating...and enjoy!
